RETURNS

Upon receiving your purchase, if you are not satisfied with the item due to faults or damages we are happy to offer a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Please reach out movementcollection@hotmail.com to organise a return slip. 

We do not offer returns for a change of mind, however all items will be entitled to a store credit. To apply for a store credit please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your name and order number ready for our team to assist you.
 

To be eligible for a store credit your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

A store credit will be given once we receive and inspect the returned product. Any shipping cost associated with the return will be at the buyers expense.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
